so ... i know it's only been a few months for this blog... but i'm jumping ship and moving to a new blog :)

after using this template for a few months, i'm realizing it's limitations.

i love peonies... i love the way they smell ... how tight they are when they're closed ...  how beautiful and ruffly they are when they're open

i also love my friends... my fireplace mantle is covered in things that remind me of the people i love

i love daisies... i don't know why

there's something about the simplicity and purity that i love

the little wild ones that grow in the grass are my favorite

i've always loved pictures of roads or paths that leave you wondering where they might lead... i found myself wandering down a path at carkeek... so curious to know where it ended up

just a few more sessions with jeane before baby comes! technically this is seven months, but i think it's closer to eight!

i'll be photographing her baby shower coming up in june too :) way excited about that!
